By booking services with Salty Dog Boatwork’s, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a smooth, professional experience for both our team and our valued clients.

1. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Service times may vary based on boat size, condition, and weather conditions.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Boats must be accessible and in a safe, secure location for mobile service.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on boat size, condition, and selected services.
Final pricing may be adjusted if additional time, labor, or materials are required.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment via secure processors.
Late payments may incur a fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
No-shows or inaccessible boats at time of appointment may result in full or partial charge.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your boat is accessible, including dock or driveway access, and power/water if required.
Remove personal items or valuables from areas to be cleaned.
Inform us of any sensitive surfaces, electrical concerns, or problem areas.

5. Liability

Salty Dog Boatwork’s is fully insured and takes every precaution to avoid damage.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration.
Any damage resulting from our services must be reported within 24 hours for review.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted and available upon request.
